moor kali (buttermilk pudding)
INGREDIENTS:
Mustard – 1 tsp
Urid dal – 3/4 tsp
curry leaf – 1 spring
buttermilk chili – 4 pieces
Green chili – 1 (slitted)
curd - 1 cup (whisked)
rice powder - 1/2 cup
Salt - to taste
Sesame seed Oil – 8 tsp (gingerly oil)
Prep. time – 5 mins
Cook time - 12 mins
Serve – 1
COOKING COMMENTARY:
Let’s heat up the oil, put mustard and fry it, put
Bengal gram dal, curry leaf, buttermilk chilly and sauté into brown colour. Put
curd in a separate bowl. Put rice powder. Stir it well. Put required amount of salt,
mustard and got fried well.
After that, pour the mix in the bowl, it will be like uppuma
at this stage. Next, am making it ready for presentation. Buttermilk pudding is
ready now.
It is a simple dish that can be done in home and now am
going to show it for presentation. It is very easy to make. try this in your
home
